Brad Tilton graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Biology with membership in the Honors College. After college, Brad immediately attended South Texas College of Law. At South Texas, Brad was inducted into the Order of Lytae and was a member of the South Texas Law Review where he was an assistant editor and earned the Nobles and Wade Award for Distinguished Service. He graduated cum laude in the top ten percent of his class and is the only member of his law review that practices primarily in family law.

After graduation Brad worked at a prestigious litigation boutique where he tried, and won, his first jury trial two days after being sworn in as a lawyer. In 2007 Brad opened his practice, a general litigation firm focusing primarily on family law. Over the course of his practice, Brad has developed a reputation as an zealous advocate for his clients who is not afraid to try a case to pursue his clients best interest. He has handled million dollar property cases as well as complicated custody cases. On September, 2012, Brad became a founding member of Tilton & Tilton LLP, a litigation firm dedicated to the aggressive representation of their clients.

Brad is married to his wife, Vanessa. They live in Sugar Land, Texas with their son, Trey. When he’s not practicing law, Brad enjoys softball, golf, barbecue cook-offs, and is a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, where he is an Eagle Scout.
